Then, the MCT file was formed by using the interface program generated by the secondary development MCT file to achieve the direct conversion of model from Revit to MIDAS/CIVIL. In order to improve the efficiency of the conversion from Revit to MIDAS/CIVIL model, by using the Revit API technology of the Revit platform and C # language on the Visual Studio 2019 platform, the secondary development of Revit model information extraction program was implemented to obtain the model information such as geometric parameters, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio, bulk density, density, and damping ratio.
